Creating search for "tag exists" is this possible ?

Is there any way to create a search that will find all the tasks that have a tag entered in the tag field ? I want it to find everything that has a tag, any tag. Simplest thing would be to use "tag exists" like for due dates but there is no exists option. Appreciate any ideas.

To do this, select the "is not" option when doing a tag search and then leave the text field blank. It will find all tasks without a blank tag.

maybe will work,
go on Tags view on the left side,
all tags with numbers of tasks,
on the bottom all tasks without tags
