Well, go to the "news" forum, and specifically the thread about the new features for emailing tasks to Toodledo. I reported a bug, which was fixed in less than two hours after being reported. Can you ask for better service? Perhaps you can add a comment to your post attesting to what others have written there about the responsiveness of the developer!
