how can I share tasks on my list, and have them show up directly on my coworkers? we basically want to maintain a couple of folders of items for other employees here, and both have said folders appear on our own list (so that they shall sync with our windows mobile phones as well)
That has been requested and discussed many times (it is my top request and hope as well :) and the developer says that it is on the to do list, but won't comment on a time frame for it. It has got to be near the top of the list since there is a new thread started about it almost weekly now. Sorry
All TD 3rd party iPhone apps I use are using email to send task by mail to others with a single click link to import them properly formatted.
I can send as many task in one email and it include everything even sub-tasks.
It use this easy to understand format, : <twodo://%7B%22dueDate%22%3A12745....... (2do)
Seams easy to do, I wonder how old I'll be before TD catch-up. Sorry ;)
