Problems emailing to Toodledo

I have a Pro Plus account but when I forward an email to my account neither the content of the email or any attachments it has show up. Only the subject of the email shows up as a task. I can see the attachments in the main File section but they are not associated with the task. Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug?

Can you please create a support ticket for this so that we can look into your account and see what the problem is?

I'm having the same problem. Just upgraded to pro plus.
