I upgraded to a pro account through paypal and I still only see that I have the free account. How long does this take? I need collaboration features.

Payments usually take a few minutes to be processed, but they may sometimes take up to 24 hours. If you have paid via an eCheck through PayPal, the funds must clear your bank before PayPal notifies us of the purchase. This takes about as long as a regular check (4-7 days).

You can always create a support ticket and include the receipt number for your purchase and we can check on the status.
