Excessive API Token Requests

I get the following error when I sync too many times from Pocket Informant Android Beta:
Error from server: Excessive API token requests over the last 1 hour. This user is temporarily blocked.
How do I increase the number of requests I get?
I am currently syncing the following:
* Pocket Informant Android Public Beta
* Got To Do (Android)
* Outlook
I need them all the sync and not have to wait for an hour to do stuff. Thanks.

You'll need to contact the company behind Pocket Informant and ask them for a solution. Their beta must not be syncing correctly.
