Subtasks does not show properly

Hi,
I have a parent task without start dates and without due dates. Under this parent task, I have a subtask that has start date and due date set as "Today". When the "Hide Future" filter is turned on, the subtask does not show for some reason. Is this an intended behavior? I read the help on the Hide/Show Future Tasks filter and according to that, my subtask should show. BTW, I am using the web interface on Chrome. Any help is greatly appreciated. regards, sl This message was edited Dec 09, 2010. |

I was not able to replicate this. When I created the same scenario, the subtask was showing for me. Perhaps you have another filter that is causing it to be hidden.

Hi,
I believe I have narrowed down the problem to Chrome. The problem does not appear on FireFox. In Chrome, the Parent Task is shown with an empty line below rather than the subtask. Let me know if you need any more inputs to replicate this problem. I hope this can be fixed. Thanks! regards, sl Here's more information: Parent Task: - Status: Next Action - Context: Undefined - Folder: Defined - Goal: Defined - Location: Defined - Priority: Low - Repeat: Undefined - Start Date: Undefined - Due Date: Undefined - Remind Me: Undefined - Due Time: Undefined - Tag: Undefined - Length: Undefined - Star: Undefined - Start Time: Undefined Sub-Task - Status: Next Action - Context: Undefined - Folder: Defined (Same as Parent) - Goal: Defined (Same as Parent) - Location: Defined (Same as Parent) - Priority: Low - Repeat: Undefined - Start Date: Today - Due Date: Today - Remind Me: Undefined - Due Time: Undefined - Tag: Undefined - Length: Undefined - Star: Undefined - Start Time: Undefined Filters: - Recently Completed: Hidden - Negative Priority: Hidden - Future Tasks: Toggle this on Chrome to see the problem - Deferred Tasks: Hidden - Context Filters: None - Tag Filters: None - Sort By Importance Forwards and then by Auto and then by Auto Display / View - View by : Folder - Defined Folder tab (as defined above for Parent and Sub-Task) - Sub-Tasks shown as INDENTED |

I reproduced those exact settings and Chrome loaded it fine for me. Can you pleas open a support ticket so that we can investigate your unique situation further?
