I’ve started a folder to use as a template checklist for projects. Each project is it’s own folder. My template consists of 7 tasks with a total of about 70 subtasks. Many of these subtasks have notes. How do I make a copy of my template as a separate folder?

You would first need to use the clone tool to copy the template task, then use the multi-edit tool on the search page to move all of the subtasks to the new folder.

Thank you for your response. However I'm still a bit confused. I can clone the task. But once I get to the search page I don't know what to do. I don't mean to be dense here, but no tasks show up on the search page. Do you have step by step instructions?

On the search page, you just need to search for the tasks that you created. Click "New Search" and enter the criteria that will find those tasks. Then use the "Multi-edit" link to quickly edit them all.
