Hi!

I have a folder called "Sales" that's filled about a hundred recurring tasks like "Contact John Smith and check project status" I usually look at this folder once per week. Is there a way to essentially hide these tasks and view all the rest of them when I'm not worried about the sales tasks?

You can't hide a folder but there are other options, e.g:

1. Give all these tasks a negative priority and then use the filter to hide/shown them as needed.

2. Give all these tasks a specific tag and then use the filter to hide/shown them, or use the Tag view to see them on their own tab, or use a saved search to see them when you want.

In addition to the above suggestions:

1. Create a "Sales" context and filter it out of your other lists

2. You may not be able to hide a folder, but you can push it to the right end of the tabs by naming it "zSales", which I do with a number of folders I seldom use but want there when I need them.
