I cannot point to the exact circumstances other than I use Browser and iPad app to access Toodledo.
On more than one occasion I have noticed tasks that I KNOW I entered that later disappeared. I am wondering whether if when I add tasks via Browser and then iPad that iPad overwrites with its data (which doesn't have the new tasks). Needless to say, this is a kill-joy for an otherwise awesome tool. I hope this is operator error on my part! :) |

You can add tasks from either the browser or iPad and neither of them will overwrite each other when syncing. I am assuming that you are using our iPad app. If you use a 3rd party app, then I can't speak for them.
If you think that tasks are being deleted when they shouldn't be, you can check the "recently deleted tasks" list in your account settings to see if/why they are. |

I suspected that would be the reply since I have seen no one else mention such a problem. I will be more alert to what may be going on. Thank you for such a well written application.
