Adding tasks from IE8 (by right clicking the mouse)

I recently moved from Fire Fox to IE (because of my company's standards - I still use FF at home). Anyway, one of the conveniences of FF was the ability to right-click the mouse, then add a task or upload the entire web page to Toodledo. Is there a similar function, function, or keyboard combination in IE8? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
