Import Outline format in Notebook

Hi all. I was wondering if someone can help me out with this. I want to use notebook as a outline tool as well as a note taker. I typed up an outline in Word and tried to import it but none of the formatting came across. I spent lots of time with the code on the Toodledo website to get the document to be presented the way i wanted. Do you have any suggestions on how to import or export a document so that it appears correctly in notebook with the look of an outline? I tried many different methods and even exported my document as a Word webpage but it did not come across correctly. Any suggestions?
