Hi,

Let's supose that I have 3 tasks I want to work on today and I want to spend three hours in each.

Is there a way to set up the alarm so I could choose the task I'm currently work and get informed by the alarm that my time to work in that task is about to finish?

Hello,

You can add a "times up" task and set an alarm around the time the three hours are over, but there is no specific feature for this. We also have a "timer" for tasks, but there is no alarm for this.

TD doesn't do this, but your smartphone almost for sure has, or you can easily get, a timer what will do this just fine. My iPhone has a single timer in the Clock feature, which isn't really helpful. But I have an app, of course, called Alarmed, in which I can create and save as many timers as I need. So I have one 20 min timer for when I meditate, one for cooking pasta, one for cooking eggs, etc. A 3 hour timer would take 30 sec to set up.
