addNote addedon parameter

maldworth	Posted: Nov 29, 2009 Score: 0 I'm finishing up my notebook API support and I'm curious about the addNote addedon field. It says the author can set the date that the note was added on, which I find odd that you'd allow this. But in any case, it's allowed. One thing I tested, is the ability to set the AddedOn to a date in the future. I find this odd, as I could set the time for a note to have an "added On" date that is a year in the future, but the modified on date will be the current time. Is this intended? If so, I'm curious when it is used. Thanks
Toodledo Administrator	Posted: Nov 29, 2009 Score: 0 We don't do any checking on dates, so yes you could set the addedon date to be in the future. The only consequence of this is that the user will see the incorrect date, so you shouldnt do this unless the user expects it for some reason.

We don't do any checking on dates, so yes you could set the addedon date to be in the future. The only consequence of this is that the user will see the incorrect date, so you shouldnt do this unless the user expects it for some reason.
