Does Chromatic Dragon work with Outlook 2010 with Win 7?

I cant seem to find or locate the Sync Settings to set up with Outlook 2010. Im on Win7, updated MS .Net Framework 4 & still lost! Any help is appreciated. sfisher@classicbuilders.com

I'm getting the "Could not Initialize outlook interface" error. I'm a software developer and would be happy to act as a guinea pig to help diagnose the issue. (Note that I did try copying the MSOUTL.OLB from the Program files(x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14 to the Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14 directory. No luck.
