Toodledo and Help Desk Management Software

Anyone in the "IT" field use Toodledo to manage work order tickets? I would like to find a way to integrate the generated tickets in my Toodledo profile. Currently, I'm having to double entry. I am using Intuit's Track-It.

I'm not doing what you are, but it sounds like it might be helpful to have your ticket generator email new tickets to Toodledo. Not a complete solution, but it may save you some data entry grief.
