gugatec	Posted: Jul 18, 2011 Score: 0 I'm having problems with latin characters mapping/translation with a third party app to syncronize task to outlook. The app is gsync that just rolled out this new functionality and I thought that the problem might be because of that. But after a inspection in the XML dump that I did as a backup I realized that there is no definition of the character set in the xml. The request is if that could be offered to be set in the user profile, hence other users that would use third apps or use the export functionality would be able to set a character mapping other than Unicode (I think that this is the character map being used.)
