Send Outlook appointments to Toodledo tasks

fernacolo	Posted: Aug 26, 2011 Score: 0 I wish to send Outlook appointments to Toodledo, so they are displayed as tasks. I've tried gSyncIt but it only syncs Outlook Tasks. I've tried ToodledoSync, by Chromatic Dragon, but it's unsupported and it also seems to sync only Outlook Tasks. I don't use and don't like Outlook Tasks (actually, I don't like Outlook Calendar, but my company uses Exchange so I use it). In summary, I *just* want to send one-way all my future Outlook appointments to Toodledo. If you've done it, can you explain how? Which tool/app/plugin/service/etc do use for that? Thanks in advance!
mickeyVee	Posted: Aug 31, 2011 Score: -1 This works for me...here is the setup... 1) Configure Toodledo to receive tasks as emails (see Toodledo help) 2) Create a contact in Outlook called "ToDo" and have the email address be the email address to Toodledo 3)Create an Appointment in Outlook 4)On the "Scheduling Assistant" tab in the Outlook appt, Invite "ToDo"...It will send the invite/ appt to Toodledo and add it as a task!. It works for me in Outlook 2003
