Lost Sync ability with Outlook

Hello...

I have been successfully syncing my Outlook to Toodledo without any problems.

Since April 30, I have lost the ability to sync, with no specific reason I can see. I did not install anything new and there were no updates to Outlook to my knowledge.

I have since reset my Toodledo client (I deleted all the tasks) and installed the Outlook client most recent update and NOTHING.

I am baffled. I am not using a proxy server, I am sure that the anti-virus software is up to date.

If anyone can shed some light I would be grateful.

Thanks

Uh, did you notice this part?

You can contact the developer directly, and probably send them that stuff through email. The contact info is on their page here: http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/Contact.aspx

And sorry if you did cut out the part that wasn't supposed to be shown, and I didn't notice, but I'm not sure what a trace log is.

I'm using Outlook 2007 in the office and have noticed a strange issue. It is possible to set a mail item as a task, by clicking the flag next to the email it appears in the task list. I then use this to jog my memory to completed/respond to requests.

However the toodledo outlook sync application (Chromadrake) will only pass up tasks and not flagged emails, even though they both appear in the tasks list. It's a little annoying as my iphone looks very different to my desktop :(

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

I don't know how to fix that, but a workaround would be to forward those emails to your Toodledo email so you get them in your list.

The Todo List in outlook 2007 is actualy a 'simulated' taks list. It also shows non task items that are flagged with an action. It is quite misleading, as things things look like tasks, but aren't.

To turn one of these non task items into a task that Toodledosync can process you need to drag it to your Tasks view.
