Here it is: https://addons.opera.com/addons/extensions/details/toodledo-tasks/1.0.0/?display=en Install it, check it out and critique it so it gets better. I think it's already pretty good. The speed is insane! Works faster than my own email integration with a JS snippet. The layout seems to break on my though.
