Salgud

I really like this! I found pretty much the same. GTD is black/white, Zen Habits is shades of gray.

Wallmjunk

As an aspiring novelist, home educator, parent, fulltime support staff at a residential home, the edges of my life inevitably blur into each other at times. I find I need "pictures", mandalas and/or themes to really get the crux of my life IN ORDER.

I use Covey's goals, values & Priority Grid to orient myself, GTD to train myself in PROCESS (stress-free productivity using a system you can trust), and Zen Habits to keep it real.

So--I'm new like you--I'm trying to determine the same. So far I plan on having a Routines folder--just for routine tasks I do all the time (or delegate). If you query (search) for this: "how do you use your folders", I've found some really good forum posts on what everyone uses the Toodledo features for.

Ok. I want my default view to be Context, but all it gives me is the following message:

1 active task is hidden due to your filter settings. Turn off filters

Why can't I see my tasks immediately? I don't want the hassle of having to turn off filters to see my tasks.

oooooooooooooooooooh! So, it appears I can add multiple tasks (regular), then go in to each task and enter multiple subtasks specific to that main task! OK! That works!

Ok, so I've upgraded my free subscription to the trial Pro, and I've I tried entering an initial task, then on a separate line, indented the subtask. It didn't work.

I've searched the forums on how to enter multiple subtasks, but I can't find any info. So, how do I enter multiple subtasks?

Or, where do I find the how to info on entering multiple subtasks?

I am a color fiend! Is there any way to add a dizzying array of color themes?

Thanks!

I've scoped Toodledo out for all of about 15-20 minutes, and I FEEL SPOILED! I'm kicking Todoist to the curb, and I'm upgrading my subscription with Toodledoo!

I LOVE the Multiple Task Add (up 500 tasks at once!), the Schedule search, and--above all--GOALS! And the gadgets!!!! This is the icing on the cake!!!!!

Most importantly, I've looked through the Questions forum, and questions appear to be answered PROMPTLY. A feeling of "support" resides here!
