From Topic: Macros and Shortcuts for Gmail
Has anyone worked out macros or KB shortcuts in Gmail to quickly tag and forward items to TD like Andrew has done here for Outlook? https://www.toodledo.com/forums/3/6709/0/one-click-toodledo-outlook-button-code-included.html If so how do I get started? Thanks |

From Topic: HTML content from email
I found a thread talking about Evernote, but I'm more interested in the HTML content from my email that's lost when forwarding to Toodledo. My biggest use of TD is turning emails into tasks by forwarding from email. The email content becomes the Note for the task, but if the email has HTML formatting, images, etc, it's not displayed that way in the note. This makes the note hard to read and use, disrupting flow. Is there a trick I don't know of, or plans to include this functionality. The posts I found in the forums on the topic were a year old. I really like TD, but this feature alone makes me want to leave the program. Thanks for the help or updates on development plans. |

When I have to select from a drop-down list, I expect to be able to type put focus on the list, type the letters of the item I want, and have it highlighted. Then I click or hit enter to accept that selection. Alternatively, if not programmed to let me type the whole word, I expect to be able to type the first letter repeatedly and have it cycle through items with that letter, or let me arrow up and down in the list. Toodledo behaves like this: You can type the first letter, (e.g., T toget to the "To Do" folder) but it then automatically accepts that. You can't arrow up or down repeatedly or use the repeated first character technique to move through the list. You have to use the mouse and scroll I think I see why they did this, but as someone witha disability who relies on KB shortcuts and minimizes mouse use it's REALLY frustrating. Can this be fixed or is there a work-around? Thanks |

From Topic: SpringPad XML import
Has anyone worked with importing a SpringPad XML output into Toodledo? I just imported my Vitalist tasks, but Toodledo was setup to do that already. I've never worked with XML files directly. Thanks for any help. |
