I don't want Toodledo to clear completed tasks, but as it is, they only stay in my list for a week. Is there any way to change that or will you consider it? Thanks.

Yeah, I've sorted on the iPhone by Date Added. But where the online app has the tasks listed the way I want them:
5
4
3
2
1

The IPhone app has them listed as
7
6
1
2
3
4
5

with repeating tasks mixed in there rather than reappearing at the top as newly added. The gadget really has the tasks mixed up. :-) I'm sure one of these days it will be worked out. Thanks!

I use the AutoFocus2 time management approach from www.markforster.net. As it is (although Toodledo is AWESOME), it really isn't functional for AutoFocus2. Tasks need to be sorted by date added and they are on the website, but are out of order when synced to the iphone, especially if any comments or other data are added to them, their position changes. If the ordering could be maintained and if repeating tasks could automatically be re-added to the top (by date added) rather than put next to the task just completed, that would be great. I would also love having a repeating, but no due date option. For example, if I have process email on my list, I would like to check it, have it add process email to the top of my list (being able to sort up and down would be great) and NOT add a due date of tomorrow to it. I would also like better integration with the Toodledo Widget for iGoogle. The tasks are out of order there and subtasks aren't supported. Thanks!

Just wanted to add my name to the list of people who would love this. Appigo's ToDo allows you to exclude certain folders from the Focus List. It would be great to be able to do that with the IPhone app as well as the GCal sync.

I wish we could set a due date for long-term and short-term goals.

From Topic: Goal count

The goals page gives me a count of outstanding tasks per goal, not number completed. I've tried to get it to tell me the number completed using many different methods, but I can only get the tasks to sort, not count. I did assign completed tasks to goals AFTER the fact. Could that be the problem? Even so, I can clearly see that the counts listed are for outstanding tasks and not completed ones. Thanks for any help! By the way, as a new feature, I would love to see statistics by goal rather than by folder.

I see how to sort by goal but is there anything besides a chain that will tell me the number of tasks completed per goal? I see where TD tells me how many tasks are left in my goal, but what about a number of completed tasks?

Thanks. I am really enjoying TD.

Are you working on a fix for this? The folders are in the order I want them online, but somewhat mixed up on the iPhone. Thanks!

From Topic: Importing from Things

I have a database in .XML from using Cultured Code's Things that I would like to import to Toodledo. It's 2 GB though and I am not familiar at all with .XML. Has anyone managed to do this effectively? Thanks for any tips!

I love that I can have the default start date on the iPhone set for the next day, but I notice that I don't have that option on the iPhone. It would also be helpful for me to choose Hotlist tasks as those that Start today, not just due today for both online and iphone.
