Are the phone numbers inside the tasks linkable as well (for iphone)? Otherwise, I would have to create a task and a note if I needed to call someone. Harrymac1972, especially the description of how you set up TD with regard to which organizer to use with what. I want to share some things with my assistant, and wanted to know how to share just work stuff with him. It helps so much to have an overall plan in place before I take the time to set everything up. Saves so much time! Thanks!

I'm an entertainer, and for each booking, I have follow-up tasks before the event and after the event. These are based on dates. I plan to use tasks/subtasks for this, I think. Is there a fast way to tell it which dates to make each task due in relation to the booking date? Thanks for your help.
