I'm using TD-Goals for this purpose. It's a real pain setting a Goal for every single task everytime a task is entered. I'm using TD-Folders as 'High-level'-GTD-projects, with TD-tasks as GTD-projects, and TD-sub-tasks as GTD-tasks. The hierarchy is like this: Goal - Folders -- Tasks --- Sub tasks. It sort of works. I've tried a few others, and Toodledo is the least bad of all task managers! |

One suggestion: Make the alarm check box ticked by default!
I'm using the alarm function all the time as a tickler system, and it is easier if the check box is ticked by default. |

I LOVE the lists! Than you! I upgraded from Silver to Gold JUST for the list feature! I have a LIST of comments below :-) Comment 1. I'm missing ONE type of column: SEQUENCE The 'sequence' column should be drag and drop AND have a dropdown/type to choose the sequence. Comment 2. How do I uncheck ALL rows? Suggestion: Add a choice in the "Edit column" menu e.g. "Delete all content of column". Say "Thank you" to the rest of the team! |

Yes, this is what I'm currently doing, and it works as a workaround for the advanced user (me), but for the rest of my organisation (novices) it is perceived as difficult to understand. My suggestion is to put in another "Tag"-field, and call it "Responsible". Thanks for your GREAT product! |

I'm trying out the "Shared Task" function, and it works really well.
There is an "Assignor"-field, which shows who shared the task. BUT, I need a field for "Responsible" (or some other type of primary 'user' or 'Executor of Action'). This should choose from any name one defines (similarly to Tags). This will show who shall do the task, but will allow others to take over if that person is sick. Otherwise, the sharing possibility is GREAT! |

Dear Toodledo
I'm really keen on seeing this new feature! I'm running a small company where I want to implement Toodledo as a standard action organiser, but the current sharing system isn't what I want! It is too cumbersome! I want to view all actions in my company, and allocated names to the task, similarly to Tags. BTW, Toodledo is -by far- the best personal action/task organiser I have tested. Can you please provide us with an update? |

I would like to present the structure of the goals as a hierarchy. Can you update the goals page to do this?
It is already a hierarchy, just not presented as such. My suggestion is to emulate David Allens Altitudes (50 000 feet, 40k feet, etc). Lifelong goals on top, with linked goals in the level under, etc. |
