I am also having the same issue. When attempting to accept my invitation to be a Collaborator, the person also sees the same message as the users above:

Back to Toodledo.com" For initial troubleshooting to rule out a browser issue, I did try to use Internet Explorer 11, Firefox 25.0.1, and Chrome 39.0, but none were successful.
