I have multiple tasks that have to repeated for each classoom. Mostly they are centered around saving reports - i.e. one report for each classroom; one report for each site, etc. What's the best practice on this idea? In the past I had the generic task listed with 14 subtasks one for each classroom. Now I'm thinking maybe just leave it at one task no subtasks. I keep waffling as to the best way to log this for task tracking. Thoughts?
