Can ToodleDo update their instrucvtions? http://www.toodledo.com/tools/sync_ical.php To do this, click on the "Tools" menu and select "More". Then click on the "Calendars" link and enable the "Live iCal Link" section. Now go to Google Calendar, click "Manage Calendars" and then click "Add Calendar". Now click "Add by URL" and type in your "Live iCal Link". Be sure to include the "webcal://" prefix.
