I really would like to see a MUCH better userinterface on the web. All the features aseked are good BUT this UI is so dumb.
Take a look at OmniFocus, Things or The Hit List. There is a good goal for the UI. I would like to pay a little bit extra if I can see usable Toodledo. (I have upgraded already.) This post has been hidden because of negative votes. Click to reveal |

I must say that I see all the potential you have in here. This can be a huge hit - really.

If you really wanna make Toodledo a hit. (Which it can be.)
First: You must use Omnifocus/Things on Mac. Second: Try to make TD feel and be as usable they are. 1. Add _real_projects_ for system. 2. Make adding tasks to projects faster. (Tasks must inherit projects settings. 3. Sorting tasks under project is a must. etc... |

There is one downside using subtask as a task. It is really slow process to add a subtask. When you add first subtask, you always need to to drag and drop it. And when you add multipple tasks - well... I quess you got the drill.

One thing more. If there are no tasks in folder, it does not show up in the list. Bad thing if you want to see if there are projetcs without tasks...
I think toodledo is best now... but it really is not intuitive and easy to approach. As Thing forexample is... |

When you go to add folder page... there is now fast way to come back to todo-list. And it is impossible to add folder with iPhone. And another thing - it is impossible to attach folder to some context or goal or... Folders are not for projects.

Hi!
The lack of real approach for 'projects' shows that this tool is not for GTD. Watch a video about Things or OmniFocus. That is how projects should be handled. And don't try to explain about subtasks... subtask is a subtask - not a project. |
