The app itself doesn't show up on my iPhone. Do I have to repurchase it and then sync? I haven't had to do that with other apps, hence the question. Thanks!

I have been using the app on my MacAir laptop but wish to also have it on my iPhone. All my other apps automatically are added to my phone when I sync it, but not this one. Thoughts? With thanks.
