I am using Toodledo in conjunction with GTD.
I am using contexts for settings (i.e., phone, computer, errands, etc.) I created a search showing me all of my un-checked errands I wanted to easily print my errands to create a shopping list/errand list -- all of the fields showed up (due date, priority, etc.) I only wanted the task to show up. I thought, "maybe lists will work better?" A shopping list would work -- but I don't want to re-enter my entire errand task list. How can I easily get tasks into lists? or How can I easily print only certain fields (i.e., tasks)? Thanks, John |
