I don't understand your response. You say no...but "it is on our to-do list." If this isn't the right place to ask this question, please let me know what is. I was referring to exporting only a portion of what is on my to do list - from a search that sets the qualifiers for what I am looking for.

I need to do regular reports on what I've accomplished at work - by specific time periods. Is it possible to export only a portion of the information to a file that I can then generate a report from? I can build a search to isolate the records I am interested in. Is it possible to export only the results of that search -- and only the fields that I have active on my to do list? Thanks
