Just go to the App store on your phone and re-download it. At first, it will look like you are going to buy it again, but once you enter your iTunes password, the phone will prompt you saying you have already purchased the app and ask if you want to re-download it for free.

I'm LOVING this. I use Outlook heavily here at work, and it is great to finally be able to sync this out to the cloud for access on my phone. Is is possible to add the ability to sync Outlook categories with Tooledo tags in addition to contexts and folders? I frequently use multiple categories and that seems like a better fit for tags than either folders of contexts.
