Hi all. I'm wondering if there is a way for me to create a whole set of tasks to be completed, each time I create a new master event. Every time I book a photography session, there is a complete list of tasks I need to do all relative to the date of the actual session (ex: before session, I need to make sure we've been paid, make sure I've communicated with client regarding wardrobe, just before the event, a phone call to confirm. Then, after the event, I want to make sure I've posted pictures online, made backups, etc.).

I'd like to create this list of items and set start and due dates all based around the date of the parent task.

Is that possible?
