I am somewhat new to ToodleDo and would like to have a task with various subtasks. In reality, these are small scale projects with tasks under them to be completed. Different users are responsible for different items. However, if I assign that item to another user, it leaves the primary task and is no longer visible to the "owner" of that primary task or project.

So, is there a way to assign tasks to users and still be able to view them as being associated with the original primary task?

Unfortunately, this isn't possible, but it is on our to-do list. However, we can't comment on a timeframe for implementation.

Thanks

Agree, this has been so long in coming including assigning multiple users to a task and integrating multiple workspaces in the Advanced Search as well as the Toodledo app. Sure hope this arrives in 2012
