The image in the original redesign document http://www.toodledo.com/info/news_201107.php shows a Folder link that I do not see in my version. thanks A

If so, simply highlight the note you want to move, click the edit button and the folder will be displayed as a drop-down field. Apologies if I've misunderstood your question.

Your answer made me realize the feature must be there but for some reason is disabled for me. It looks like since the re-design the Notebook section honors the Tasks - Fields/Functions Used preference. I updated that to include folder and all is well... thanks A
