iPhone - ToDo vs Toodledo app

Sorry if this has been covered before, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere.
What is the main difference between Appigo's ToDo and the Toodledo iPhone app? Can either be used offline (like on a plane)? Or do both of them have to be online? Any pros or cons on either app?
Which one do you use and why?

To answer your questions
1. yes, the apps can be used offline (though obviously they will not sync with the website until you come back online)
2. I use the first party ToodleDo app because I absolutely need subtasks, I use them a lotm and the Appigo app does not support them. It was also cheaper last time I checked.
I do use the Appigo Notebook app to access my ToodleDo notes, and that works fine. It is also cheaper than their ToDo app.
