Alarm not syncing with Pocket Informant HD

I have been using toodledo as my task manager with informant HD, but have issues with the alarm function. I'll create a task with HD, and set an alarm for 9am for example. But when I sync it with toodledo, toodledo changes the alarm to 12am. I can't figure out why! I can't get any of my alarms set to specific time because tooledo always changes them to 12pm or 12am. Please help! i've missed things because I'm not getting my alarms.
