Hello,

It looks like the only difference between these two plans are larger disk space and SLA. Taking the last one first, does this mean that the user is reimbursed for downtime? Also, can you give me an idea of what the downtime has been like over the last 1 and 5 years?

Regarding diskpace, is this really an issue if the user's database contains only tasks and no attachments?

The disk space is for file attachments that you upload to Toodledo and attach to tasks, so the extra space could be quite useful if you need this feature. For the SLA, if we experience downtime we will credit your Platinum account with extra time on your subscription as compensation. This happened only once before where we experienced 5 minutes of downtime and we credited all platinum users with a free month.

Wow.... 5 min of downtime = 1 free month?? That's awesome!!

I've been a loyal ToodleDo user for years; at least 3-4, and cannot for the life of me recall any downtime or outages....this has been a fantastic service.
