Hi all,
any chance to protect with an additional password private notes ?
I share my account with other member of my staff and i'd like to not share my private notes with them.
Any chance to have that implemented ?
Thanks

I have seen this suggested before, so it is certainly not an unusual request. I just wanted to mention that if privacy is important to you, you may want to look into setting up separate accounts for everyone, and then just sharing some folders, or using Toodledo's other collaboration options.

Yes, if you want everyone to be able to edit the tasks, that is true. You could use public sharing: http://www.toodledo.com/info/sharing.php
But that would just give your team members read-only access to your non-private Tasks.

Face,

We don't comment on release dates, but it is on our to-do list.
