Cant change from Crossed out

Anyone having the same issue. I change the completed tasks from dimmed to crossed out and It was OK. I decided to change the completed tasks backed to dimmed, but it wont change from the crossed out.
I have deleted everything I can find, reloaded, readded etc.etc with no joy.
Has anyone solved this or had this issue?

Viewing completed tasks dimmed instead of crossed out isn't possible in the new Tasks section, but continues to work in the classic Tasks section.
