Notes View (sticks at bottom)

Hi group - my "Notes" function in Toodledo (on iPhone 11) when opened defaults to a view of the bottom of a long note, and after a swipe-down goes back to bottom of note. I can't see the top of a longer note in browse mode. When I edit the task, the view scrolls normally up & down and stays on the view I scroll to.
Is there a way to get the view to stay where scrolled to in browse mode?
