When I do a search in the app, it does a global search. I want to search within a folder.

To search within a specific folder in Toodledo, you’ll want to create a Custom Search, since the default search is always global.
Here’s how to do it:
Go to Search in the left-hand menu.
Click “New Search”
Add your first rule:
Field: Folder
Operator: is
Value: select the folder you want to search within
Add any additional rules you need (keywords, dates, status, etc.).
Click Save Search and give it a name if you’d like to use it again.
Once saved, this custom search will return results only from that folder.
