Tasks and updates won't save

My Business account is frequently "forgetting" updates that I enter and Save. At first it was just Tags, then it was Due Dates and Due Times, and recently I have been losing content added to Notes and even sometimes a new Task does not save, even after I attempt to add it multiple times. The issue is sporadic but seems to be getting worse.
