It's annoying that in the Search view, when clicking on the 'expand' icon for parent tasks, most often it's subtasks doesn't show up because "Some subtasks are hidden because of your search." So you would have to click "Show All" to see the sub-tasks" (2 clicks)

It'll be great if this could be reduced down to "one click" somehow... perhaps a "Show all related subtasks" in the search options.

Or if when clicking on the expand parent tasks button, if there isn't subtasks in that related search, it automatically shows all searches... although I'd imagine this will cause problem for other people.

A better idea would be perhaps to have a search criteria like:

IS SUBTASK: yes
HAS PARENT IN SEARCH: yes

This way you can show only the subtasks whose parent-task is already in the results...

Thanks for the suggestion. We can't comment on a timeframe for implementation, but this is on our to-do list.
