Title should read,: "<2Do Meta> ... </2Do Meta>"

ThankYou for cooperating with 2do by filtering those out of notes.

How do you feel with 2do apps users being able to use subtasks without paying for a pro account ?

I think adding a <meta> field to task would help integration with 3rd party applications and spur innovation.

I'd see my geolocation data going there.

This is news to me. We aren't specifically filtering 2Do. We filter out all unknown HTML/XML from notes for security reasons. 2Do should not be adding html/xml to notes. I am surprised that they didn't test this before implementing this behavior because it wouldn't work.

If a third-party wants to store custom data in a task's note, they are welcome to do so, but they shouldn't use XML to do so. A simple workaround for 2Do would be to url_encode the xml before adding it to the note, and then url_decode it when retrieving it.

You should let 2Do know that they have a bug.

Well it's always been working perfectly, user of 2DO can use sub-tasks and more advanced stuff without a TD pro account.

Except we see added crap on our notes in the web view,

I hope I'm not learning you this.
