If I have three folders for different tasks for three different people. Can tasks in each folder be sent out to 3 different email addresses.
eg tasks in folder one - reminders get sent to one email address and tasks in folder two - reminders get sent to another email address. etc etc.
Is this possible, is it pro feature?

Unfortunately, this isn't possible, but it is on our to-do list. However, we can't comment on a timeframe for implementation.
