How to keep track of the assigned shared subtasks ?
When we assign a task from a commonly shared folder, they only appear in the window of the task assigned and not more in the overview. Is a problem for the task manager that cannot easily follow up his tasks. Thanks for helping us out ! We are "new" pro's ... |

I am not sure that I fully understand what you are trying to do. Can you please elaborate a little or give an example?

We want to be able to create projects that are common to 2 persons with a pro toodledo.
We should be able to create a task that is visible to both, to assign tasks to one of both that stay visible to both. Now, when assigning a task to one of both, the task disappears to the other and no tracing is possible. Is there any way around ? |

Unfortunately, this isn't possible, but it is on our to-do list. However, we can't comment on a timeframe for implementation.
