I just released a new version of ToodleAir. If you aren't familiar with it, it is a cross platform app that lets you quickly add tasks too ToodleDo using the email syntax and auto complete. It's built with Adobe Air. You can check it out here: http://www.jga23.com/2009/02/17/toodledo-020/

it follows the syntax of the email import: http://www.toodledo.com/info/help_email.php

Hi

looks very nice. I want it to stay on top of all the screens and it's not happening. Any suggestion?

Works very nicely!

What operating system are you using?

Thanks, I had not. It's working fine now. One think I did notice, it is up there with Internet Explorer as far as CPU usage, right? I mean, IE uses up 52K and ToodleAir around 42K. Is this correct or am I doing something wrong?

That does seem a little high. I'll see what I can to do optimize that.

INdeed it does, however, I've tried other adobe air apps and it seems to be the norm. I would think that those great apps ought to be rather light if Adobe Air wants a niche of that market. Yet, every time I run into one of them they are huge in size. IS it always like that?

Yeah, it is probably the framework. Since it's essentially running a small browser (webkit), it would take about as much memory as internet explorer. In the whole scheme of things 40mb memory isn't all that much when most computers you have 1000-2000mb now a days.
