I made it using Fluid - fluidapp.com and so far I'm loving it. I have also created a custom stylesheet for it. It's only for Mac and so far is at its early stages, but it seems stable. If you want to try it out go here - http://www.nonimage.com/toodledo-desktop-for-mac/ and let me know what you think. (It's basically just a site-specific browser, so it's not storing your login details to send to me or anything). Hopefully some of you will find it handy. Unfortunately, for me each task wraps onto the next line as the columns with this style are apparently wider than the default. I like the look but it won't work properly if your list is wide.
Roman	Posted: May 14, 2008 Score: 0 Reference Roman Posted: May 14, 2008 Score: 0 Reference Posted by John: Cool...does this have off line access capabilities? 2 way syncing? no, as he pointed out, it´s a site specific browser, so it won´t add any functionality. the goal of the fluid applications is to have a way of focussing on one online app, without the rest of the distracting internet right at hand. to be honest, i could not follow that idea, as it does 2 things: a) clutter my dock with one more icon b) it does not prevent me from opening firefox and surfing the web anyways so while the idea is nice, it never worked for me. i´ll stick with toodledo in my firefox sidebar, where it´s working decently enough for me.

Often when I'm adding tags to a task the web browser (FF in my case) will autocomplete; give me a list of options based on previous entries. It's a bit of a time saver. Anything that saves time is important to me so it looks like I'll be going back to having Toodledo open in a separate Firefox tab at all times. Thanks for the effort though!

If you file->open the .js file in Firefox (with Greasemonkey installed) you will get the standard Greasemonkey install prompt.

Go to http://nonimage.com/labs/toodledo-desktop-for-mac/ and follow the new instructions. It definitely works properly now.

srivers	Posted: Jun 15, 2009 Score: -1 Reference srivers Posted: Jun 15, 2009 Score: -1 Reference Everything that I try to set up my Fluid Toodledo, it seems to work great, but when I open it and then click on any of the items, it opens up a new browser, so the utility of Fluid goes out the window. Is anyone else having this issues? What is the fix?

But I had to edit the script to change the "FLUID WIDTH" code [width: 100% removed], otherwise the default Toodledo column sizing tool/buttons did not work. I decided not to use it though, I resize my view via Zoom - and the smaller text/graphics did look quite right.
Caroline	Posted: Aug 31, 2009 Score: 0 Reference Caroline Posted: Aug 31, 2009 Score: 0 Reference I love this skin, but I did not like the way the sidebar limited the width of the tasks area, so I modded Andy's great userstyle to look like this: http://itiz.in/gnuk ...doing the following: 1/ Drag menuitems to your bookmarksbar in Fluid (my bookmarks are actually organised like this: http://itiz.in/nk99) 2/ Edit the Userscript: 2.1/ Add display: none !important; after #toc { 2.2/ Add position: absolute; left: 0px; after #main { 2.3/ Optional: remove float: left !important; between the #main brackets {} 3/ Save (as a new userstyle) and reload I know it's definitely no rocketscience, but I have a feeling more people like me do not use all the sidebarbuttons, and could use the extra space. If you want to add new bookmarks after the edit, just temporarily disable your userstyle :).

I am, however, encountering something that is driving me nuts: When I switch views (eg. main to folder) the fluid app first displays the normal theme and then your css script. It's only a flash but it kind gets annoying. Is this normal?
